Mr. Brailsford is a figurehead. An icon. A true innovator, he was the first to use herbal encapsulation, a strategy that literally created a new market within the networking industry. Ken created and managed two very successful nutritional companies over the past 35 years, each of which reached hundreds of millions of dollars in sales.

Although retired at the time, when Ken first heard about the Moringa oleifera story, he felt obligated to take Zija's message to the world. Ken now devotes his life to full-time charitable work, and has hand-picked his partners and cofounders to lead Zija. Rodney's experience includes both consulting for small companies and negotiating multimillion-dollar deals with Fortune 500 companies. As a senior executive at other network marketing industry-leaders his responsibilities over operations, project management, business development, and strategy make him perfectly suited to guide Zija's International growth.

Brad's career includes building his own successful companies as an entrepreneur, authoring books and publications, and hosting a nationally syndicated talk show on business and finance. Brad's experiences as a successful networking distributor and as a key consultant to many of today's top companies qualify him to lead the Zija team.

Darrell has a gift to connect with and inspire people. Perhaps his passionate nature comes from his Italian heritage or maybe it comes from twenty five years in the network marketing industry as a distributor, consultant, and executive. Darrell's battle cry is "Make It Happen" and that is what he is committed to do for Zija's amazing distributors.

Mike is the rarest of all breeds. He's a consummate IT professional with a keen sense of business acumen, operational oversight, and people skills. Zija's resident data protector has a decade of experience in the networking industry. All told, Mike's twenty-plus years have prepared him to lead Zija's operational growth.
